Before starting Everyrealm, I co-founded and ran a tech company called Compound. Our goal was to make investing in residential real estate more accessible for everyone. Compound was backed by NEA and Founders Fund, and Inc. Magazine even named us one of 50 world-changing startups to watch. In 2020, Republic acquired that company.

Earlier in my career, I worked in private equity at Northstar Capital and then was part of the amazing team at Standard Hotels where we developed the Standard Hotel in New York City and Chiltern Firehouse in London. I graduated from Yale University, which opened so many doors for me. I also studied at Oxford University.

On the home front, I live in New York City, but I'm originally from Annapolis, Maryland which is a beautiful small town and a wonderful place to grow up (and also a great place to sail around and eat crabs.)

I'm also a wife and mother of two young children. Balancing work and family keeps me grounded.

In my free time, I like to restore old homes. I love period architectural details and finding old home parts—and imagining the lives that took place inside the old walls.
